All orders are processed within 24-48 hours and are delivered to you within 2-4 business days. Black Island will not be held responsible for any postage delays that may occur. All shipping are handled by DHL. You will be notified by email with a tracking number to follow up the shipping.

We ship worldwide express service as follow :

Europe + USA + Asia + Australia + New Zealand -> Up to 500gr. (15€)

Rest of the world -> Up to 500gr. (18€)

Customs & Taxes

All countries have their own laws regarding the import of certain products. Black Island has no control over these charges. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimates of import costs for individual countries as they differ widely from country to country. Please note that understanding import restrictions and the payment of any associated import customs and taxes is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver. RETURNS

We are able to return only in case of faulty product. We are unable to accept items to exchanges for sizes or any other reason. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Please note that all sale items are fully non exchangeable or refundable unless the item is faulty then please, contact us by email.

Refunds:

We are unable to refund any items unless are faulty product. If the product is faulty please contact us by email and we will be happy to exchange your product or give you a refund. All postage costs for faulty goods will be covered by Black Island.

Damaged Items:

We take great care in packaging your goods safely. In the unfortunate event that your items are damaged in transit, we cannot accept responsibility.

Product Color Discrepancies & Portrayal:

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen color settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. Black Island shall not be held responsible for any color discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

Handmade Product Discrepancies:

Since all our product are handmade, might be minimal variations on sizing and material finishing. ALL OF OUR TIE DYE PRODUCTS are made by a group of Indonesian artisans. They created these pieces based on respect and legislations that have to be established, when creating each garment, by incorporating and providing all their knowledge and techniques to offer the best quality and design.
